A 56-year-old man dressed in revealing women's clothes and a wig was taken into custody on suspicion he was stalking his neighbor in the outfit, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.
A woman living on Tall Pines Circle on the north end of Osceola County reported to officers earlier this week that she thought she noticed someone peeping into her windows.
During an undercover investigation in the neighborhood, sheriff's deputies said Ronald Hoth was spotted at 3:15 a.m. outside of the woman's home in women's clothes and urinating on the porch.
Officers responded and took Hoth into custody after a brief chase, the report said.
Police said Hoth has broken into the same home before to stalk the woman, Local 6's Erik von Ancken said.
Dorthy Hoth said she has lived with her son for the last 14 years.
"He was so sorry about it," Hoth said. "He was practically crying. He said, 'I didn't mean to do it or to hurt you in any way. I just want to come back and do like I did.' He said, 'I will never, never, never do this ever again.'"
Hoth remains in the Osceola County Jail Thursday.
He faces several charges in connection with the incident, including exposure of sex organs and three counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, according to an Osceola County sheriff's report.
