One day after a 36-year-old Jacksonville man was shot to death in a Flagler Estates home, St. Johns County detectives said his step-sister pulled the trigger in order to "prove herself."Melissa Zink, 30, was arrested Thursday after James Rose died at Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center. He was shot in a home on Oliver Avenue just after 2 a.m.Thursday morning.According to police reports, Zink heard her step-brother on the phone talking about a $30,000 robbery deal. Deputies were told that he told Zink that if she wanted to be part of it, she had to prove herself, because she would never shoot anyone.
